HouseKey Service organizes the rooms you already live in — kitchens, closets, offices, playrooms, garages, and homes you've just moved into. We sort what you own, group it by category, and set it back down in a layout that's easy to keep.
We organize belongings on site. We do not move, pack for transport, or transport items between locations.

Toys and supplies sorted into low, reachable bins kids can put away themselves.
Tools and seasonal items arranged on shelving with clear zones and labels.
Unpacked boxes sorted room by room and put away with a system, once they're inside your new place.

Everything comes out and gets grouped by category, with unwanted items set aside for you to decide on.
Items go back in with bins, dividers, and labels chosen to fit the space and your habits.
We walk you through the new layout and leave you with a simple plan for keeping it that way.
Pricing
Every package covers hands-on sorting, arranging, and labeling. Bins and dividers are quoted separately based on what a space needs.

Rates shown are our standard packages, capped at $999. Larger homes or add-on spaces are quoted individually and will not exceed a $999 package rate per visit. Hourly work outside a package is billed at $59/hour.

No. HouseKey Service is strictly an organizing service. We work with items once they're already inside your home — we don't pack for transport, load vehicles, or move belongings between locations.
Yes. Our New-Home Setup service is built for this — unpacking boxes that are already inside your new home and arranging everything room by room.
We recommend being present for the first hour to align on categories and decisions, then you're welcome to step out while we work.
We set them aside in a clearly marked pile. Donation drop-off or disposal can be arranged separately if you'd like.
Basic labeling is included in every package. Bins, baskets, and dividers are quoted separately based on the space, since needs vary widely from room to room.
